Upgrading or Replacing Memory

Your computer comes with random access memory (RAM), which temporarily stores data and instructions on your computer. You can install memory expansion modules in the memory expansion slots in the computer. The procedures for upgrading or replacing these modules are the same for the 6000 and 8000 models.
