Obtaining a Warranty Upgrade

Upgrade your standard factory warranty to two or three years with the Care Pack. Service coverage begins on product purchase date and you must purchase the pack within the first year after product purchase. The hardware service offering will be determined based on the outcome

If HP receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, HP will replace products that prove to be defective. HP warrants to you that HP software will not fail to execute its programming instructions after the date of purchase, for 30 (thirty) days, due to defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and used.
