Sending PC Faxes

You can create and send a PC fax from any Windows application that supports printing or you can create a fax in the MultiPASS Desktop Manager. You can PC fax the document immediately, send it at a specific time, or hold it in the Out Box to be sent at a future time.

Sending a PC Fax From a Windows Application

Create a PC	❍ Open the Windows application.
fax document.	❍ Create and save the document.

Open the Print window in the application.

❍It varies between Windows applications but is generally found in one of two ways:

•From the File menu, choose Print Setup.

OR

•From the File Menu, choose Print. In the Print Dialog box, click Print Setup.❍Select and set up the Canon MultiPASS C3000 Fax as the current printer.
