Removal and Replacement Procedures

13.Lift the rear edge of the keyboard cover 1 and swing it forward until it rests on the keyboard.

14.Release the zero insertion force (ZIF) connector to which the volume board cable is attached and disconnect the volume board cable 2 from the system board.

15.Remove the keyboard cover.

Reverse the above procedure to install the keyboard cover.
