Call

To

assist

the

technical

support

representative, have available as much

of

the

following

information

as

possible:

During

the

warranty

period,

you

get

toll-free

technical

support

24

hours

a

day,

7

days

a

week,

to answer any questions about

your new

IBM option. If you need warranty

service,

return

or

exchange

is

 

available.

In

addition,

if

your

IBM

option

is

installed

in

an

IBM

 

computer,

you

might

be

entitled

to

service

at your

location.

Your

 

technical

support representative

 

can

help

you

determine

the

best

 

 

alternative.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Before

calling,

please

prepare

for

your

call

by

following

these

steps:

Step 1: Problem Solving

You

might

be able

to

solve

the

problem

yourself. Before

calling IBM,

you

might

want

to

try

some

or

all of

the following

troubleshooting

reattach

cables.

reseat

of accessories. Look

for
