fixed

commencing

to restore a

your

receipt

the

service

involves

exchange

the

the

 

warranty

period

 

IBM

your

reseller,

authorized

replaces

property

the

warranty

under

 

the

type

of

service

 

designated

for

 

the

 

 

Machine

 

becomes yours. You represent that all

genuine

will

manage

install

engineering

 

changes

that

apply

the

 

Machine.

 

 

unaltered.

 

The

replacement

 

may not

 

be

new,

but

will

be

in

good

working

order

 

For

IBM

your

 

reseller

 

to

 

provide

 

warranty

service

for

a

feature,

 

conversion,

 

and at

least

functionally

equivalent

to

the

item

replaced.

The

assumes

the

warranty

status

of

replaced

Before

IBM

reseller

require

that

the

Machine

on

it

exchanges

you

agree

to remove all features, parts,

 

installed

designated,

alterations,

 

and

attachments

under

warranty

You

ensure

free

of

any

legal

obligations

or

restrictions

transactions

the

removal

parts

and

prevent

its

responsible

loss

damage

to,

your

while

it

is

for

the

warranty

should

give

your

proof

possession

transit

those

cases

responsible
