Removing the cover

1.Disconnect all cables attached to the computer. This includes power cords, input/output (I/O) cables, and any other cables that are connected to the computer.

2.Remove the WLAN antenna on the top of the computer

3.Release the three screws at the rear of the left side cover

4.Separate the case and chassis cover: use your thumbs to pull it off, from the front to the back, then lift it off the chassis.

Remove the antenna

Pull up the WLAN antenna and remove it from the top of the computer.

Release three screws

Release the three screws on each end of the back panel. This frees the chassis cover. Set the screws aside.

Disconnect the computer from its power source and from telecommunications links, networks, or modems before you open the unit or follow any procedures described in this section.
