Press the Menu button to open the OSD menu. Press the ◄► buttons to move to the Settings 1 menu. Press the ▼▲ buttons to move to the Audio menu and then press 
(Enter) or ►. Press the ▼▲ buttons to move up and down in the Audio menu.
