Handling discs

A dirty, scratched, or warped disc may cause skipping or noise.

To care for discs:

•Hold discs by their edges.

•Store discs in their cases when you are not using them.

•Do not expose discs to direct sunlight, high humidity, high temperature, or dust. Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures can warp discs.

•Do not stick labels or tape on discs.

To clean a disc:

•With a soft cloth, wipe the disc from the center to the outer edge.

Caution

Do not use detergent or abrasive cleaning agents.

They will damage the disc surface.

Storing discs

After playing, store the disc in its case. Do not expose the disc to direct sunlight or sources of heat, such as a parked car.
