GARANTIE LIMITEE

La garantie n’est accordée qu’à l’acheteur proprement dit de nos produits; elle ne porte pas sur nos droits statutaires.

La garantie Invacare couvre le Stand Up Lift pour une période de trois (3) ans à compter de la date d’achat. Les harnais et composants électriques sont garantis un (1) an. Si pendant la période de garantie le produit est prouvé de manière raisonnable être défectueux par le Invacare, il sera réparé ou remplacé à l'initiative du Invacare; l’unique obligation du Invacare est, dans le cadre de cette garantie, limitée à votre dédommagement par une telle réparation ou remplacement uniquement.

Pour le service sous garantie, veuillez contacter le “Service Consommateur du Représentant Invacare: POIRIER Groupe Invacare” pendant les heures de travail normales. A la réception d’une information au sujet d’un prétendu défaut de produit le Invacare enverra une autorisation de retour détaillée. Le produit sera alors renvoyé au service spécifié par le Invacare. Le (les) composant(s) défectueux doivent être renvoyés pour inspection sous garantie avec les numéros de fabrication à titre d’identification, cela dans les trente jours (30) de la date d’autorisation de retour. Ne pas retourner des produits à notre usine sans une autorisation préalable.

LIMITES ET EXCLUSIONS: LA GARANTIE CI-DESSUS NE COUVRE PAS L’USURE ET LES DÉGÂTS NORMAUX ET NE S’APPLIQUE PAS AUX PRODUITS AYANT FAIT L’OBJET DE NÉGLIGENCE, AC- CIDENTS, MANIPULATIONS/ENTRETIEN/STOCKAGE DÉFECTUEUX, UTILISATION COMMERCIALE OU INSTITUTIONNELLE, PRODUITS MODIFIÉS SANS AUTORISATION EXPRESSE ÉCRITE D’INVACARE (Y COMPRIS, MAIS NON LIMITÉS, DES MODIFICATIONS PAR UTILISATION DE PIÈCES OU D’ACCESSOIRES NON AUTORISÉS), NI AUX PRODUITS ENDOMMAGÉS PAR SUITE DE RÉPARATIONS FAITES À UN COMPOSANT QUEL QU’IL SOIT, SANS LE CONSENTEMENT SPÉCIFIQUE DU INVACARE.
