recom mended by JET may cause hazards or risk of injury to persons.
NEVER STAND ON A MACHINE. Serious inj ury could oc c ur if t he m ac hi ne is tipped.
CHECK DAMAGED PARTS. Before further use of the m ac hine, a guard or other part that is
dam aged should be caref ully checked to determine that it will oper ate properly and perform its
intended func tion - check f or ali gnm ent of moving parts, binding of mov ing parts, break age of parts,
m ounting, and any other c onditions that m ay affect its operati on. A guard or other part that is
dam aged should be properly repair ed or r eplac ed.
NEVER LEAVE THE MACHINE RUNNI NG UNATTENDED. TURN POWER OFF. Don’t leav e the
m achine until it comes to a com plete stop.

Your r isk fr om those ex posures vari es, depending on how often you do thi s ty pe of work. To reduce
your exposure to these chemicals: work in a well v entilat ed area, and work with appr oved safety
equipment, such as those dust m asks that are specifically desi gned to filter out micr oscopic particles
DO NOT oper ate tool while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any m edic ation.
AVOID kickbac k by sanding in accor danc e with directional arrows.
DO NOT sand pi ec es of m aterial that are too small to be safely supported.
WHEN sanding a l ar ge workpiece, pr ov ide additional support at t able height.
