o Adjusting the audio recording levelSelect a method for adjusting the audio recording level.0Set the [CH1/CH2 AUDIO SELECT] switch.0Select whether to set each channel to the [AUTO] or [MANUAL] mode.AUTO:Use this setting to enable the auto adjustment mode.MANUAL:

Use this setting to enable the manual adjustment mode. Adjust the audio recording level using the [CH1/CH2] recording level adjustment knob.

Monitoring Audio Sound Using a Headphone

Applicable to: Camera mode and Media mode

1Connect the headphone.0Connect the headphone to the headphone jack.

2Set the headphone sound to mixed sound or stereo sound.

0Set “AUDIO MONITOR” in the recording menu. (“MIX”/“STEREO”) (A p. 63)

3Adjust the volume level of the headphones.

0Operate with the [ADJ.] knob.

0The built-in speaker is usable only in the Media mode. Audio is not output from the built-in speaker during Camera mode.

0Audio level in the Camera mode and Media mode can be adjusted separately.

0When in the Media mode, the volume of the headphone and speaker are adjusted at the same time.

0The built-in speaker cannot be used when the headphone jack is connected.
