1 Plug the audio cord’s mini connector into the back of the cradle—AUDIO.

2 Plug the audio cord’s white (L ch) and red (R ch) connectors into your audio system.

3 Plug the power supply into the back of the cradle—DC 12 V.

4 Plug the antenna into the back of the cradle— ANT. until it is firmly seated.

5 Place the included antenna near a window.

•Use the map on the next column as a general placement guideline—some experimentation may be needed to obtain the best results.

You can also use FM signal transmitter to output the sound of JVC PnP to your FM tuner. When you use this function, see “4 FM Transmitter Options” on page 24.

SIRIUS Satellite map

Due to the paths of SIRIUS satellites over the US, the best location for the antenna in your home depends on where you live. Use the map below as a general placement guideline.

Area : Place the antenna at an EAST-facing window.

Area : Place the antenna OUTSIDE, away from any overhead obstructions.

Area : Place the antenna at a WEST-facing window.

Area : Place the antenna at a NORTH- or EAST- facing window.

Area : Place the antenna at a NORTH-facing window.

Area : Place the antenna at a WEST- or NORTH- facing window.
