■SYSTEM MENU setting

AUTO STANDBY

When the system is stopped for more than 30 minutes or 60 min- utes in the source DVD, the system enters standby mode automat- ically.

1Open the SYSTEM menu.

See “Using the preference setting menus” on page 42.

2Move the pointer to AUTO STANDBY using the 5/°cursors.

PRESS	KEY

3Press the 2/3cursors to select the time.

Pressing the cursor toggles between the following options:

60:Time is set to 60 minutes.

30:Time is set to 30 minutes. OFF: The auto standby function is off.

RESUME

You can select the resume function to be on or off. See page 25.

AV COMPULINK MODE

If you use the AV Compulink system, you must set this item cor- rectly.

1Open the SYSTEM menu.

See “Using the preference setting menus” on page 42.

2Move the pointer to AV COMPULINK MODE using the 5/°cursors.

3Press the 2/3 cursors to select DVD1, DVD2

or DVD3.

Select “DVD1,” “DVD2” or “DVD3” according to the equip- ment to be connected. See page 53.

Note:

•If you do not use the AV Compulink system, this setting is not necessary.

Pressing the cursor toggles between “ON” and “OFF”.

ON: Pressing PLAY while stopped or on standby starts playback from the resume point if it is memorized.

OFF: Pressing PLAY while stopped or on standby starts playback from the beginning of the disc.
