Repeat playback

You can repeat playback of the current title or chapter (for DVD Video) or track (for Video CD/SVCD/Audio CD).

You can also repeat playback of a desired part.

To turn off the on-screen bar

Press ON SCREEN.

To cancel the repeat playback

Repeat from step 1, select “OFF” in step 3, then press

ENTER.

Repeating a current title, chapter, or all tracks

For Video CD/SVCD: During playback or while stopped without PBC function

1 Press ON SCREEN twice.

The on-screen bar appears on the TV.

2 Press Cursor 3/2 to move to in the on-screen bar, then press ENTER.

The following pop-up window appears under the on- screen bar.

3Press Cursor ∞/5 repeatedly to select the repeat mode.

• You can select the repeat modes as follows.

“(back to the beginning)

•CHAPTER: The current chapter is played repeatedly.

•TITLE: The current title is played repeatedly.

•TRACK: The current track is played repeatedly.

•ALL: The all tracks of the disc (or of the program) are played repeatedly.

•A-B:The selected portion is played repeatedly.

•OFF: Select this to cancel the repeat mode.

NOTES:

•If you select “ALL” during random playback, the all tracks of the disc are played repeatedly in random order.

•“A-B” cannot be selected during the program and random playback.

•“A-B” cannot be selected while stopped.

4 Press ENTER.

Repeating a desired part

You can repeat playback of a desired part by specifying the beginning (point A) and the ending (point B).

1 Press ON SCREEN twice.

4Press ENTER at the beginning of the part you want to repeat (point A).

The following display appears in the on-screen bar.

5Press ENTER at the end of the part you want to repeat (point B).

A-B repeat playback starts. The selected part of the disc (between point A and B) is played repeatedly.

To turn off the on-screen bar

Press ON SCREEN.

To cancel the A-B repeat playback

Repeat from step 1, select “OFF” in step 3, then press

ENTER.

NOTE:

While playing back a DVD disc, A-B repeat playback is possible only

within the same title.
