Ensure that the speed s elector

Select a mixing bowl larg e enough
to accommodate the beaters , as a

the beaters.
Add ingredients to a mixin g bowl as
per the recipe or your require ments.
Plug the cord into a 230V or 240V
power point and turn the power
point on.
Place the beaters into the ingredients
in the mixing bowl. To commence
mixing, move the speed selector switch
to the right to the required speed.
Always begin mixing o n a lower

increasing to the des ired speed for
the mixing task.
The speed setting ca n be adjusted
during operation by movi ng the
switch from left to right.
Move the mixer in a slight circu lar
action during mixi ng to allow
the beaters to efficientl y mix the
ingredients. Stop the m ixer now and
then, using a pla stic spatula, scrape
down the sides of the mixi ng bowl,
then continue mixin g.
NOTE: Always turn the Essentials
Power Mix off if you need to
scrape down the bowl during use.
NOTE: Avoid allowing the
beaters to hit agai nst the side of
the mixing bowl while t he mixer
is operating as th is will result in
damage to the beater s.
