Consumer Defined Control

Note: The Consumer Defined Control features are adjustments to the control that wiii not affect cooking results. These include the Oven Lockout, Temperature Display and Silent Control Operation features.

Setting Oven Lockout Feature

The _%_uTpad controls the Oven Lockout feature. The Oven Lockout feature automatically Jacks the oven from being turned on. It does not disable the clock, Kitchen Timer or the interior oven locked individually.

To reactivate normal oven operation:

1. Press Oven or Oven.

2. Press and hold L%_ for 3 seconds. "LOC" wiii disappear from the display. "DOOR" and "LOCKED" wiii flash in the display until the oven door has completely unlocked.

2.The wail oven is again fully operational.

Note: Because you can set the oven lockout individually0 the lower oven can be used when the upper oven lockout feature is on.

Setting Silent Control Operation

The Startand Cleanpads control the Silent Control operation feature. The Silent Control operation feature allows the oven control to be operated without sounds or beeps whenever necessary. If desired the control can be programmed for silent operation and later returned to operating with all the normal sounds and beeps.

INSTRUCTIONS

To change control from normal sound operation to sllent control operation

Delay

1.Press and hold Startfor 7 seconds (Fig. 2). After 6 seconds° "bEEP"

(On) will appear in the display (Fig. 3).

Flex

2.Press Cleanto switch between normal sound operation (Fig. 3) and silent operation mode (Fig. 4).

3.Press _) to accept the change or press _ to reject the change.

Note: The control will always beep at the end of a kitchen timer

and will beep when a set temperature has been reached_ even if the control is set to silent operation.
