of the original pur chase.
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
Except as speci fied below , lhis warranty covers all def ec ts in
materials and workmansh ip of the Kenwood brand pr oduc ts
During the warranty period, any auth o rized Kenwood Serv i ce
Center in the military market listed in the back of this war ra nty
card will provide you free-of-charge bolh parts and l abor
required to correct any defect in materials or wort<mansh i p.
The following are not covered by this warranty.
1. Vo l lago con ver sions.
2. Periodic chec k-upswhichdonotdiscloseanydefect cove red
by the warranty.
3. Cabinets . grilles. other exterior linishes. belts , tape heads,
and other non-durable parts and accessories .
4. Units onwttich lhe serial number has been effaced . mod ifi ed
or removed.
5. 1nstallation and/or removal c harg es .
6. Damaged magnetic tapes.
7. HO\Jse call cllarges for any repairs.
8. Shipping or delivery charges to or tram an autho r ized
Kenw oo d Se rvi ce Center.

• Improper ma i ntenance or repair , including the installati on ot

or failure to fo llow instruc t ion s contai ned in the Owner~
Manual.
