1.INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL CHARGES, DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN KENWOOD CAR STEREO COMPONENTS, DAMAGES BASEDUPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USEOF THE PRO DUCT: OR
2.ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.

KENWOODELECTRONICSCANADAINC. (hereinafter called
'KENWOOD'), gives the following written warranty to the original customer of each new Kenwood product distributedin
CanadabyKENWOODand purchased from adealer authorized byKENWOOD.
KENWOODwarrants that each new Kenwood product, under normal use, isfreefrom any defects, subject to theterms and conditions set forth below. If adefect shouldoccur withinthe warranty period, repairs will be nnade free of chargefor parts and ~bour when suchdefectsare determined by KENWOOD
or its'authorized service centres to be attri butable to faulty materials or wor~manship at lirre of manufacture. Please contact KENWOODtoconfirm if a dealer orservice centre is authorizedby KENWOOD.
(e) Defects resulting fromdisaster, accident, abuse, misuse, lightning, power surges, neglect or lack of periodic
maintenance,unauthorizedmodiliraion or failure to follow
instructions intheowner'smanual.
(I)Defects or damage as aresult ot repairs pertormed by a personor party not authorized by KENWOOD.
(g)Defects resultingfromthe use of parts or devices that do not conformtoKENWOODspecifications.
(h)Damage ordeteri orationoccurringtoany exterior finishes, cosmetic parts. tape heads. adaptors, antennas. cables, tapes, discs or faults or damage caused by detective or leakingbatteries.
(i)Defectsordamage occurringdurillQshipping (claims should be presented to theshippingcompany).
(j)Product voltage and/or line frequency ccnversions.
(k)Product Installationor removal charges.
ENTIRE WARRANTY
This warranty constitutes the entire written warranty given by KENWOOD. No person, party, dealer or service centre or their agents or employees are authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty on behalf of KENWOOD by any written
orverbal statement or advertisement or promotion, including
any extended warranty programor plan that may be offered
by the dealer or service centre, unless apprOYed in writing
byKENWOOD.

KENWOODdisclaims anyresponsibility forloss oftime or use ofthe praooct oranyother indirect, incidentalorccnsequential damage to other products or goods, inccnvenience or commercial loss.

a.Any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier).
