Tap Tools on the Command Bar and select Options..., Security Service...

Options in Security service allow you to enable/disable and modify secu- rity codes.

Enable/disable PIN code request. If enabled, you will be asked to enter your PIN code when starting Dialer.

Enable/disable phone code request.

Tap to change access codes.
