Troubleshooting

Camera problems

Status	Cause
The camera does not	■ Remove, then reinsert the battery.
turn on	■ Insert a charged battery.
The camera does not	■ Place the camera on a Kodak EasyShare camera or printer dock
turn off and the lens	(sold separately), then try again.
does not retract	■ Connect the camera to a Kodak 5-volt AC adapter (sold
	separately), then try again.
