Before You Configure KP

PostScript® Printer Definition Files (PPD)

When configuring a printer for use with KP, you will be prompted to choose a PostScript Printer Definition file (PPD). The following table lists those PPD files that are automatically installed along with

KP. Please consult this table to ensure a PPD file is present for your Konica printer.

If the print system you are using is not listed in this table, please contact Konica to obtain the appropriate KP PPD file for your system. The appropriate PPD file can be downloaded from the Konica website (www.sec.konicabt.com).

Please add the PPD file to your system according to the instructions given in the readme.txt file provided with your KP distribution.
