To return a product to Krell, please follow this procedure so that we may serve you better,
1.Obtain a Return Authorization Number(R/A number) and shipping address from the Krell Service Department.
2.Insure and acceptall liability for loss or damageto the product during shipment to the Krell factory andensureall freight (ship- ping) chargesare prepaid.
The product may also be hand delivered if arrangementswith the Service Departmenthave beenmadein advance. Proof of purchasewill berequiredfor warrantyvalidation at the time of handdelivery.
IMPORTANT
Usethe original packagingto ensure the safe transit of the product to the facto~ dealer, or distributor. Krell may,at its discretion, return a product in newpackagingandbill the ownerfor suchpackagingif the product received by Krell wasboxed in nonstandardpackagingor if the original packagingwasso damagedthat it was unusable,ff Krell determinesthat newpackag- ing is required, the ownerwill be notified before the productis returned.
