12.In this window (Fig. 4.5.1.C), you have the option of selecting the Quick Format option. This allows a much faster format; however, this will disallow Disk Management to check the drive for errors (recom- mended). Click Next.

13.Click Finish to begin the format process.
14.Your drive is ready for use and should now appear in your My Computer.
