3On the Settings tab, make sure you select the following values for these settings:

4Select the Printer Flash Update tab.
5Click Choose Update. A browser window opens.
6Browse to your .upg file, select it, and click OK. The browser window closes and you return to the Printer Flash Update tab.
7Select Send Update.
8Wait for the “Firmware Upgrade Success” message on the CK60. The PB42 beeps when it is done with the upgrade.
9Print the configuration test page to verify that your firmware was upgraded correctly. For help printing the configuration test page, see “Printing a Configuration Test Page” on page 23.
10Cold boot the printer. For help, see “Cold Booting the PB42” on page 34.
Troubleshooting
You may have printer operation, print quality, or printer communication problems at some time during the life of the printer. It is easy to fix most of the problems. If you cannot find the answer to your problem in the “Printer Problems and Possible Solutions” section, you may need to call Product Support.
