•Ifyouhavecreatedarescuemediumusingadisc,dothefollowingtousetherescuemedium:
1.Turnoffyourcomputer.
2.RepeatedlypressandreleasetheF12keywhenturningonthecomputer.WhentheStartupDevice
Menuopens,releasetheF12key.
3.OntheStartupDeviceMenu,selectthedesiredopticaldriveastherstbootdevice.Then,insert
therescuediscintotheopticaldriveandpressEnter.Therescuemediumstarts.
•IfyouhavecreatedarescuemediumusingaUSBharddiskdrive,dothefollowingtousetherescue
medium:
1.AttachtheUSBharddiskdrivetooneoftheUSBconnectorsonyourcomputer.
2.RepeatedlypressandreleasetheF12keywhenturningonthecomputer.WhentheStartupDevice
