Run the diagnostic programs to get more information about error codes that occur. See the Hardware Maintenance Manual for instructions.
To clear the system event/error log, select Clear System Event/Error Log and confirm the selection.
The system event/error log is limited in size. When the log is full, new entries will not overwrite existing entries; therefore, you must periodically clear the system event/error log. When you are troubleshooting an error, be sure to clear the system event/error log so that you can find current errors more easily.
