Installingthe Battery

To install the Li-Ion battery:

䊳To install, insertthe battery into the opening on the back

of the phone and gently press down until the latch snaps

into place.

Removing the Battery

WARNING: Do nothandle a damaged or leaking Li-Ion battery as you

can be burned.

To remove your battery:

1. Make sure the power is off so thatyou don’tlose any

stored numbers or messages.

2. Press the PUSHbutton and slide the cover upward until it

comes free from the phone.

3. Hold the phone in one hand so thatthe battery is facing

you and the PUSHbutton is atthe bottom.

4. Using two fingernails, hook the top edge of the battery

(as shown in the photograph), and push down while

pulling outon the battery to remove itfrom the phone.
