General remarks to Country Specific table:

1The channels for service categories ship-to-ship and nautical information may also be used for vessel traffic -systems­ by traffic centres.

2In some countries, frequencies certain channels are used for an other service catego- ry or other radio services. These countries are Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,­ Hungary,­ Moldova, Romania, the Russian Federation, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic (with exemption of channels 08, 09, 72, 74 and 86), Ukraine and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia­. The Administrations­ concerned should make any possible attempt to make these frequencies­ channels as soon as possible available for the radiotelephone service on Inland Waterways and/or the required service category­.
