6.If the call is acknowledged (ACK), press PTT to talk. If there is no reply, try making the call again.
5-3 Send a Group Call
You should have already stored the GROUP MMSI before making the call. Group calls are always sent with ROUTINE priority.

1.Press CALL/ MENU to show the DSC CALL menu.
2.The cursor is at LAST CALL. Move the cursor to GROUP and push ENTER. The names of your groups are displayed.
3.Select the group that you want to call and press ENTER.
4.Select the working channel and press ENTER to SEND the call.
Note: Duplex channels cannot usually be called and are automatically eliminated from the suggested call list.
The Tx icon is displayed on the screen while the call is being sent.
