•DO NOT place the Nº433 on a thick rug or carpet or cover the Nº433 with a cloth, as this might prevent proper cooling. If the Nº433 is placed on the floor, use a thick piece of tempered glass to provide firm support and proper ventilation.

In general, better ventilation is required if the top of the Nº433 is hot to the touch when the power amplifier is “idle.” Open equipment racks provide the best ventilation for power amplifiers. However, if the power amplifier must be placed in a cabinet that restricts airflow, consider drilling holes in the shelf underneath the power amplifier to improve ventilation or using fans to increase air circulation.
