11.Watch PLATFORM (FIG. 24-2)as it lowers occupant to the ground.

12.When PLATFORM rests on the ground, close pressure release valve on Manual Pump by turning MANUAL BACKUP HANDLE clockwise until tight (FIG. 24-3).
