AUTO COOK provides four preset categories for cooking.

Example: To Auto Cook 2 cups of Rice.

1. Touch Auto Cook pad 3 times.

2. Enter quantity/servings

The oven will start automatically. When the cook time is over, you will hear four beeps and End will display.

COOKING GUIDE FOR AUTO COOK

			stand 5 minutes.

2	FROZEN	1 cup vegetables and 2 tbsp. water	Place in a microwavable bowl or casserole.
	VEGETABLE		Add water according to the quantity. Cover
		2 cups vegetables and 2 tbsp. water
			with plastic wrap and vent. Let stand 5
		3 cups vegetables and 4 tbsp. water
			minutes.
		4 cups vegetables and 4 tbsp. water
3	RICE	1 cup long grain rice and 21/4 cups water	In large microwavable casserole, combine
			water, rice, margarine and salt. Cover with
		2 cups long grain rice and 41/2 cups water	microwavable lid or plastic wrap and vent.
			After cooking, let stand covered for 5 minutes.
4	CASSEROLE	1 cup	Place in a microwavable bowl or casserole.
			Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
