Removing the Chip
REMEMBER: Touch the

Remove the memory chip carefully. Be sure you do not damage the chip or the circuit board sockets in any way. Avoid touching the pins on the chip with your fingers because static electricity on your body may damage the chip. Grasp the chip by the ends and with the chip extractor only.
Use the chip extractor (which resembles a large pair of tweezers) included in the RAMCard package to grasp the chip at each end. There is a slot under the chip at each end where the extractor prongs will fit. Wiggle the chip very slightly to loosen it. Apply no more
