6. To remove the inner plate, pull the plate out and then up.	1. Remove the window by opening the window and un-
	screwing the window knobs from each end.

7.The outer finger plate is stainless and may be cleaned by either soaking in a hot, strong detergent solution or using a caustic cleaner. The conveyor belt can also be cleaned in the same way.

C. Cleaning the Window

The window can be cleaned in place. If it needs a thorough cleaning it may have to be removed.

2.Push the window all the way inside the oven, making sure it is clear of the frame. Now, turn the window sideways while inside the oven and then remove it. This will avoid breaking the window.

D. Reassembly of Air Fingers

1.Air fingers are made up of one inner plate, one outer plate and the finger housing manifold. Be sure to match up the markings (T1, T2, T3, etc.) on all the parts of the air fingers as you are reassembling.
