In the event of a fault which you cannot correct yourself, or if the machine is under guarantee, please contact:

When contacting your Dealer or Miele, please quote the model and serial number of your machine, both of which are shown on the data plate located behind the drip tray inside the machine.

Please note that telephone calls may be monitored and recorded for training purposes (UK only).

N.B. A call-out charge will be applied for service visits where the problem could have been resolved as described in these instructions.

Guarantee

In the UK, your machine is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. However, you must activate your cover by calling 08706 080028 or registering online at www.miele.co.uk.
