SURROUND ROAST

Default temperature . . . 400 °F (200 °C)

"SURROUND ROAST" is a conventional roasting program for traditional recipes.

Use this function for:

–pot roast,

–brisket,

–stew.

The recommended position is the 2nd runner from the bottom.
