In the event of a fault which you cannot fix yourself, please contact the Miele Technical Service Department.

When contacting the Technical Service Department, please quote the model and serial number of your appliance. Both can be found on the data plate visible above the front glass on the inside of the door.
PC Update
The indicator marked PC allows a technician to make use of new technology if new programs are developed or new fabrics are introduced.

Optional accessories are available at your Miele dealer or Miele.
