Troubleshooting Tips
The following table contains troubleshooting tips for Unified Voice Messaging features. Contact your voice mail administrator for additional help.

I do not know my voice mail passcode. | Try using the extension number, which is the default passcode. If your |
| mailbox does not have an assigned passcode, pressing # will allow |
| you to access your mailbox. If these options do not work, contact your |
| voice mail administrator for assistance. |

I cannot change the system greeting. | Only your voice mail administrator can change the system greeting. |
|
|
I cannot use one or more of the voice | Your system may not support the feature, or your voice mail |

I get a “Mailbox almost full or full” | No new messages can be received until waiting or saved messages |

| mail system may not have sufficient space available to store deleted |
| messages. |
