Reminder
Note: The Reminder feature will not work if Auto Answer is enabled on your phone.
5330 Phone:
1.Press the key that you have programmed as Superkey.
2.Press the No softkey until "Timed Reminder" appears and then press Yes.
3.Enter the time and press the AM or PM softkey.
5340 Phone:
1.Press the key that you have programmed as Superkey.
2.Press More until Reminder appears.
3.Press Reminder
4.Enter the time and press the AM or PM softkey.
To view/change and/or cancel a pending Reminder:
5330 Phone:
1.Press the key that you have programmed as Superkey.
2.Press the No softkey until "Timed Reminder?" appears and then press Yes.
3.Do one of the following:
•To change the Reminder, enter the new time and press Save.
•To cancel the Reminder, press Cancel.
•To exit without changing the Reminder, press Superkey
5340 Phone:
1.Press the key that you have programmed as Superkey.
2.Press More until Reminder appears.
3.Do one of the following:
•To change the Reminder, enter the new time and press Save.
•To cancel the Reminder, press Cancel.
•To exit without changing the Reminder, press Superkey
To acknowledge a Reminder when your phone rings once:
Press the Acknowledge softkey.
Speed Call
Speed Call is an application that allows you to dial a specific number with one key press. You must program Speed Call on a programmable key. For information about programming this key, see Programming Speed Call on page 14.
To make a Speed Call:
•Press the key that you have programmed as Speed Call.
