Note: You cannot store pause (p), wait (w), or number (n)
characters in this number. If you want to store a voicemail number
with these characters, create a phonebook entry for it. Then, you
can use the entry to call your voicemail. For more about these
characters, see page66.
Receiving a New Voicemail Message
When you receive a voicemail message, your phone displays f
(voice message waiting) and NewVoicemail. Some networks only
indicate when you have messages, whether they are new or not.
Listening to a Voicemail Message
Your phone calls your voicemail number. If no voicemail number is
stored, the phone prompts you to store one.
Using Call WaitingWhen you are on a call, an alert tone sounds to indicate
that you have received a second call.

you stored and listen to the
message
