Deleting
You can delete only Quick Notes and reply phrases
you have created.
To delete a Quick Note or reply phrase:
1From the Setup menu, sele ct Quick Notes or
Replies.
2Scroll to the Quick Note or rep ly phrase you
want to delete.
3Press press A under Delete.
4Press O or press A under Yes to confirm.
To delete all Quick Note or all reply phrase:
1From the Setup menu, sele ct Quick Notes or
Replies.
2Press m.
3Select Delete All.
4Press O or press A under Yes to confirm.
Setting the Clean-up Option
The clean-up option controls how long messages
remain in the Inbox and Se nt Items before they are
deleted. You set the clean-up opti on for the Inbox
and Sent Items separately.
The clean-up opti on deletes only read , unlocked
messages.
Clean-up Options
•Off — messages are never automatically
deleted.
• 5 Messages — If you have more than 5
messages, messages are deleted in the order
they were received, starting with the ol dest, until
5 are left.
• 10 Messages — If you have more than 10
messages, messages are deleted in the order
they were received, starting with the ol dest, until
10 are left.
•1 Day — Messages are dele ted if they are older
than 1 day.
•3 Days — Messages are deleted if they are
older than 3 days
•Custom — Lets you create a clean-up option of
up to 99 messages or 99 days.
For the Inbox
1From the Setup menu, sele ct Cleanup > Inbox.
2Choose a clean-up optio n.
3To automatically delete mess ages now, press O
or press A under Yes. -o r-
To delete messages late r, press A under No.
