Setting Call Filtering

Setting Call Filtering
The call filtering setting in each profile lets you
control which calls, call alerts, and message
notifications your phone notifies you of, and which
it ignores.
To set call filtering:
1While setting optio ns for a profile, se lect Call
Filter.
2To set filtering options for phone calls, select
Phone.
•Off sets your phone to noti fy you of all phone
calls.
•All sets your phone to ignore all phone calls.
•All Contacts sets you r phone to notify you
only of phone call s from numbers sto red in
Contacts.
• Some Contacts sets your phone to notify you
only of phone call s from numbers you select
from Contacts.
3If you set the Phone option to Some Contacts,
select up to 5 Contacts entries that contain
phone numbers yo u want to be notifi ed of calls
from.
When you are finished, press A under Done.
4To set filtering options for Boo stTM walkie-talkie
calls, select Prv t/Grp.
•Off sets yo ur phone to notify you of all
BoostTM walkie-talkie calls.
•On sets your phone to ignore all BoostTM
walkie-talkie calls.
5To set filtering options for call alerts, select
Alerts.
•Off se ts your phone to notif y you of all call
alerts.
•On sets your phone to ignore all call alerts.
6To set filtering options for mess age notifications,
select Notifications.
•Off sets yo ur phone to notify you of all
messages.
• Voice Messages sets your phone not to
sound a tone or vibrate when you receive
voice messages.
• Text Messages sets your phone not to sound
a tone or vibrate when you receive text
messages.
•All sets your phone not to sound a tone or
vibrate when you receive any message.
Note:When you receive a type of message you
have set not to sound a tone or vib rate,
the messages notif ication screen appears
as usual.
7Press A under Done.
