About Your Phone

You can use the smart key to make and end calls, select menu items, toggle features on and off, and open your phonebook. The smart key usually performs the same function as the right soft key (+).

Note: The smart key only provides an optional way to do some things faster. It is never the only way to perform a task.

You can also use the smart key to perform specific functions in the external display when the flip is closed. See the following section for details.

External Display

When your phone is on and the flip is closed, the external display shows the time and date. It also displays messages to notify you of events (like incoming calls) that need your attention.
