Press Options, then scroll to Ph Book Capacity and press

create mailing list

Create a mailing list as a single phonebook entry:

s> n Contacts > [New Entry] > Mailing List

Enter a name for the list and press Ok. Scroll to Members and press the center key s.

Scroll to each entry you want to add and press the center key s. When you are finished adding members, press Ok. Press Done to save the mailing list.

When you send a message to a mailing list, the message goes to all entries in that list.

Scroll to the desired mailing list name and press Options, then scroll to Edit and press Select.

Scroll to Members and press the center key s. Scroll to each entry you want to add and press the center key s. When you are finished adding members, press Ok. Press Done to save the mailing list.
