Schéma 3. Composants du compacteur à plaque MVC-90H

Le schéma 3 montre l’emplacement des composants et des pièces d’entretien général . La fonction de chaque composant est décrite ci-dessous :

1. Bouchon du réservoir à carburant – Retirer ce bouchon pour ajouter du carburant .

2.Dispositif de levage – Lorsque le levage du compacteur est nécessaire, soit par chariot élévateur, grue etc., nouer une corde ou chaîne autour du point de levage.

3. Poignée – Lorsque vous utilisez le compacteur, utilisez cette poignée pour guider le compacteur.

4. Moteur à essence – Ce compacteur à plaque utilise un moteur Honda GX160K1QMX2/GX160U1QMX2. Se référer au manuel du propriétaire de Honda pour l’information de moteur et des sujets relatifs.

5. Couvercle de courroie – Enlever ce couvercle pour accéder aux courroies trapézoïdales. NE JAMAIS mettre le compacteur en marche sans le couvercle à courroie trapézoïdale. Si le couvercle de courroie trapézoïdale n’est pas installé, il est possible que votre main puisse être coincéeentrelacourroietrapézoïdale(enV)etl’embrayage, causant des blessures graves et des dommages corporels.

6. Plaque vibrante – Une plaque plate et ouverte, de construction durable en fonte utilisée dans le compactage du sol.

7. Vibration Case – Renferme les excentriques, les engrenages et les contrepoids.

8. Tuyau d’ eau (gicleur) – Fournit l’eau au sol via un bec disperseur.

9. Robinetd’arrêtd’eau–Tourner ce robinet vers le bas pour laisser couler l’eau du réservoir d’eau vers le tuyau d’ eau.

10. Réservoir d’eau – Contient 5,6 pintes d’eau, encastré.

11. Bouchon du réservoir d’eau – Retirer ce bouchon pour ajouter l’eau au réservoir d’eau.
