Unpacking Your ProxyServer

The shipping box contains the Dual Ethernet ProxyServer, external power supply, power cord, Command Port (DB-25 to RJ-45) cable, your Quick Start Guide, and three diskettes (i.e., the ProxyServer User Guide, and the ProxyServer Software). Inspect the contents for signs of any shipping damage. If damage is observed, do not power up the unit, contact Multi-Tech’s Technical Support for advice (refer to Chapter 6). If no damage is observed, place the ProxyServer in its final location and continue with the next section.
