peripheral slot. Use this slot for a module with ST functionality that can
provideindividual triggers to all other peripheral s.
System controller Amodule configured for installation in Slot 0 of a VXIbus mainframe. This
deviceis unique in the VXIbus system in that it performs the VMEbus
system controller functions, including clock sourcing and arbitration for
datatransfers acrossthe backplane. Installing s uch a deviceinto any other
slotcan damage the device, the VXIbus backplane, or both.
