	1		SEARCHING: Blinking flash: The Modem is syncing with a BTS.
	2		CONNECTED: The Modem has locked-on to a BTS.
			Activity Indicator:
	3		Both arrows flashing: There is traffic activity.
			Blank: There is no traffic activity
