Add ReadyNAS Remote Users
After you enable ReadyNAS Remote on your system, you can allow other ReadyNAS Remote users to
access your system using their ReadyNAS Remote accounts.
For more information about enabling ReadyNAS Remote on your system, see Enable ReadyNAS Remote
on page 73.
ReadyNAS Remote users can access your system using enabled file-sharing protocols. Access to individual
shared folders is granted or restricted according to the access rights that you specify when you configure
access to the shared folder.
If you did not enable anonymous access to a shared folder, anyone who tries to access the system must
provide valid ReadyNAS user account credentials.

ReadyNAS Remote users can access your system using only ReadyNAS Remote
and ReadyDROP. If you also w ant users to access your system using ReadyCLOUD ,

To grant access to ReadyNAS Remote users:
1. On the local admin page, click the Cloud button.
2. Click the Users button.
A pop-up screen with a list of users displays.
3. Click the Invite Users button.
